Cycle Pont y Werin and the Bay Trail - a 6 mile gentle family fun ride around Cardiff Bay. 
When is it?  Sunday 26th September 10.30am
How can I take part? Meet at the Oystercatcher pub car park, Penarth Marina.  Ride starts close to Cogan rail station.

Pryd? Dydd Sul 26 Medi 10.30am 
Sut allaf gymryd rhan? Cyfarfyddwch ym maes parcio tafarn yr Oystercatcher, Marina Penarth.  Taith feicio yn dechrau’n agos i orsaf drenau Cogan.

Mynd am dro ar feic dros 7 milltir, o Ysgol Melin Gruffydd i'r Morglawdd. Byddwn ni'n gadael  o'r prif giat am 10 o'r gloch. Mae'r ffordd yn ddi-draffig bron, i lawr y Taith Taf, trwy Barc Bute, Parc Hamadryad a'r tiroedd gwlyb cyn mynd heibio'r Senedd ac yn gorffen wrth y morglawdd. Bydd yn daith hamddenol ac yn cymeryd dros awr i gyrraedd.  Bydd angen dod a bwyd a diod, er bydd caffi yn yr wyl.  beicYGMG@gmail.com

7 mile ride from Ysgol Melin Gruffydd to the Barrage, Leave main Gate at 10am. The route is almost all Traffic Free down the Taff taking in Bute Park, Hamadryad Park and the Cardiff bay wetlands before mearanding around the Senedd on to the Barrage. Will be very leisurely and will take over an hour to get there. Friday 18 June, 4–7.00pm: ‘On Yer Bike in Hailey Park’

(part of National Bike Week 12–20 June) Cycle on to Hailey Park and join in near the tennis courts (Bridge Rd end of park, along the Taff Trail). Mini-cycling fair in association with South Wales Police, Sustrans, Dr Bike, PedalPower, etc. on all aspects of cycle safety etc.
